- When
requested by TCED, Customer shall advise TCED fully
with respect to (i) the location of Premises where service is desired
and (ii) all projected electical load, or equipment to be operated.
- TCED shall advise Customer concerning the character of
service to be supplied, and shall determine the location of the
Delivery Point and the location of the meter. TCED may limit
service to the character of service available at the designated
location of the service. TCED may, at its sole option, limit
service to service of one character only.
- As the facilities provided by TCED for supply of service to
Customers have definite capacity limitations, Customers shall not make
any significant increase in requirements without sufficient advance
notice to TCED. This is to provide TCED reasonable time in which to
increase the capacity of its facilities. Failure to provide such
notice to TCED shall make Customer liable for damages, which may be
occasioned to the meters, or other facilities of TCED by
overload.
Failure to provide timely and adequate notice of any change in
requirements of use shall relive TCED of any or all liability for
quality of service.
